A helicopter has to fly to another base, or back home after a mission. Rather than fly with nobody on board, the operator offers it as a whole, at a lower price: you charter it for you and your passengers, on that route and at that time.

Every offer shows its price including VAT, set by the operator and paid directly to it. When it grants a discount, its usual fare is shown alongside. A repositioning flight depends on the mission behind it: it may be moved or cancelled.

Everyone, as soon as sign-ups open, very soon. Whether you book for yourself or for your clients, sign-up will be free: no proof of professional status will be asked for, and you will not need a company. The company name and SIRET number fields will be there for those who invoice on behalf of a business; they will remain optional.
Yes, with no time limit. Browsing and filtering flights will cost nothing, and no bank card will be asked for at sign-up. The flight is paid to the operator, at the price shown. A subscription will come later for those who book often, but it will not be required to access flights.
Operators publish their offers as they come up: whole flights, when a helicopter is repositioning, and seats on flights already planned. You see all of them as soon as they are published, and you filter by departure city, date, number of passengers and budget. Nothing for your route? Describe your flight: our team passes your request on to operators, who can make you an offer reserved for you.
The price is set by the operator and shown including VAT on every offer: for the whole flight, for a seat, or both. When it grants a discount, the offer also shows its usual fare, which must be a price it actually charges. You pay for the flight directly to the operator, once the booking is confirmed.
No. It exists because the operator has a mission to fly: if that mission is moved or cancelled, the flight may be too. The operator can then cancel your booking, giving you the reason; you are told by email.
Until the operator confirms, you can cancel your request at any time, free of charge. Once confirmed, the operator’s cancellation period applies (24 hours by default): it is shown in your booking. Beyond it, deal with the operator directly.
An operator cannot put a flight on sale by itself. Its account is opened by our team, which asks for its air operator certificate and insurance certificate before allowing it to publish; an expired document suspends its sales, and we can withdraw that right at any time. The flight is still operated by the operator, under its own responsibility.
